things for friday

Well. I sent off my first final draft this week. I've been not wanting to come and write down anything else...sort of a brain rest.

Of course, I started editing my first final draft yesterday and was like OMGWTF is this Crap!?
*headdesk*

Anyhow. Its nice to be editing it, instead of stressing out about writing it AND trying to edit it at the same time. It makes a difference.
I am driving in to work today because my folks went to visit my sister in the USVI and that means I need to go check on the animals.
Well, kind of. I mean, they both want me to go look in on them and I am desperate to get away from the city for a few days.

To be able to breathe a little bit.
I don't have too much to write, and I am really tired today. I fell asleep two minutes into Harpers Island last night. The mead, and the blanket and bathrobe straight out of the drier probably helped with the snooze fest.
anyhow, thats it for now. I thought I had something to say!

I'll post from my dads. no internets at my moms.

I've watched the first 2 episodes of Harpers Island. It's too scary for me. I'm so lame.
